I tried connecting the iphone with Thumbjam to the Macbook with MacOSX 10.6.4 via headphone style jack on each end of wire to audio input jac. I changed the sound in main preferences to line in, built in input. But no sound comes out in Garageband. How does this work? Thanks, John

HI Jesse, I have don this and still no sound comes out in garageband. Could you go over with me what I would need to do starting at the beginning. What settings need to happen in Prefs on computer and GB. Thanks, Mohan  |

You need to turn on monitoring on the track in Garageband. It is the button that looks like headphones. I also recommend in the audio preferences to set the buffer sizes to small (for minimum delay).
